my role at BT labs was my first venture into product management, designing, developing and demon-strating 3G devices and concepts to customers prior to o2 rolling out its 3G network.

 

at the time, it was cutting edge; customers were sceptical. demonstrating video calling and high speed mobile data generated great interest and more importantly valuable feedback for future development.
